Before describe my experience, it is important say that Rio de Janeiro Consulate "converted" my K3 Visa process to a CR1 visa. I confess that I had to "triple check" this on internet forums, etc because I was not believing!

My husband arrived at around 11AM at Terminal 4 via Asiana Airlines. He was one of the first to arrive at the immigration/customs area. Absolutely no problems. Took 20-30 mins in total and I was only asked how we met. The officer just flipped through my documents but didn't read them.
