My husband had his second interview on april 23,2013 @ 2:00pm and this time it was much better than the first time the american counslate lady was sooo sweet with my husband she asked him one 4 questions
When did we get married, what is my new job, why i didnt visit him in 2011,and how many times i visited , and the rest of the interview was only conversation she actually looked at all the evidence i sent in because she told my husband she was sorry for the misscarriage i had in 2011. She was so sweet and thoughtfull she told my husband he had to get a new medical and that his visa was approved(alhmdolilah) the whole process from when he went in to coming out took 10 min i was sooo happy when i saw him. We did the medical the next day turned in the papers to the consulate on April 26th and recieved the visa a May 7th, 2013

Salamu Alaykum everyone! I'm new to this forum. I have a question. My husband lives in morocco and i live in the usa. I have not seen him for 1 year one month and a half because i have to work and im a student in college studying medicine alhamdulillah. How long does it take in the intial review i had been waiting 7 months now. So i called uscis tuesday and they let me talk with someone higher alhamdulillah. He said that i should know in two weeks. I'm hoping that it gets approved so i can move on the the next step. I'm going to require a sponsor in sha Allah and i already have the person. is there anything that i should know in advance ?

My fiancée had her interview at 15:00, so I asked her to leave her home (in Hay Mohamadi) at 13:00 because of the bad Traffic in Casablanca. She was at the consulate around 13:20. She went to a nearby coffee shop until 14:45 then went to the consulate.
After security check, they let her in, then a Moroccan guy asked for her paper work i,e DS 156, DS 156 k… While waiting for her interview she saw the Blonde lady, Asian lady and another Moroccan guy discussing her file for almost 15 minutes, then the Moroccan guy give my fiancée big smile which make her think that everything is all right. My fiancée told me that she felt that her visa was approved even before the interview, and I read in VJ forum the same thing for different applicants.
She was interviewed by the Blonde lady, despite a lot of commons that I read here that she is a tough lady that everyone wants to avoid; my fiancée told me that she was nice, and treat her with respect and dignity. She asked her when ... read complete review

My fiance had his interview on March 6. He said the woman interviewing him was very nice, and smiled at him in a friendly manner. She asked him only four questions, however, about 1. my previous divorce (which happened a year ago, after a three year custody battle-they have proof of divorce and documentation showing I have been legally separated since 2008.) 2. his work experience 3. If I have been to visit since leaving Morocco in June 2012 (he said yes, as I visited for 10 days in January) and 4. his plans in the US. She then told him that everything was ok, but handed him his passport and said she would contact him in 1 or 2 weeks. She did not give him a 221g form or ask him for any additional information.
We provided a LOT of evidence of our relationship, and my income far exceeds the minimum required by the US citizen. While I live in the US now, I lived in Morocco between 2009-2012 with my daughter, and worked at the same American school as my fiance for three y... read complete review
