Hi everyone my visa was approve today hamdoulah
my interview was yesterday and they postponed it for today it was at 15H00pm
i was there at 2H30 and we were 3 people in the consulate 3 K1 visas(me) and two other guy.
after security check we entered the consulate there was 1 morrocan guy and 2 consular womens. that's all.then i was first calling by the morrocan guy he was nice n he treat me very well telling that me who called u yesterday and i change ur date for today then he asked me to give him the forms DS230; DS156;DS156K;DS157
and i gave him the papework they need to bring from here with translatiion;he asked me if i want to attend my interview in english and i said yes; then he asked me to write my fiance name then he asked me to give him the tax return for 2012 and the affidavit of support and here i know i'm already approved and he asked me when r u planing to go to usa??
then he said take a seat u'll be calling after sometimes. 5mins later the sweet blond lady called me and she took first my fingerprint
and here is how my interview went
Me:Hi.Good afternoon with a beautiful smile
The consulare:good afternoon
The consulare.ok can you plz take ur right hand and swear that everything in these papers are correct
Me:Yes i do
The consulare.why you didnt get married here in morroco? and i gave him a very good answwer
The consulare.Ok that's good.where do he live?
The consulare:what did he bring u in the engagment?and i showed her the ring n she said ooh good
The consulare:what do u love on him and let u want to marry this man?and also i gave her a very good answer n she smiled
the consular: who is going with u to the usa? and i told her my parent?coz when we submitted my fiance sent both my parents affidavit of support with theire passport n visas
The consular: do u have someone in the usa?
The consular: did he buy your wedding ring?
mmm that's all she didnt ask to see anything any proof nothing just the tax return of 2012 which i gaved to the morrocan guy anyways n she started explaning me things about women's right in the united state and about the green card
she said ok your visa is approve n she gave me a small pink paper n said come to pick up your visa after tomorrow at 15H00 pm
i said thank u then i left the consulate
it was very easy interview and all the stuff there r very nice
one thing i'm sure about it they approve visas before they interviewing the applicants by the us consular
btw they approve one guy and the other one i think they put him under AP
it was hard experience for us as it took us 11months and 25000dollars as we changed the lawyer twice but no prob the end we will be together for ever.
