Interview scheduled at 9 AM. We got there at 8 AM. We were let in at 8:30. Everyone were very courteous. Document check was a longer one then actual interview. This was our 2nd time around after denied K-1 in Sept of 2011. This time around it was really smooth. I discovered if you get engaged or marry on your first visit, very difficult to get approved for a visa. If you have multiple visits, no problem. Always try to attend interview, that's a big plus. I have witnessed many interviews both times and I discovered why denial rate is very high in this particular embassy. Most of denial comes from high fraud rate and if you only visited your spouse once, 99% of the time you will get denied here. Also bring every piece of evidence you can. You can show Skype, facebook all online chat but actual visits beats everything. Also if you traveled outside Cambodia with your spouse, that is also a big plus.

Upon arrival at the embassy we received great hospitality from the security guards, who answered all of our questions politely and guided us properly.
The conditions of the waiting room were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The amount of people in the waiting room was pretty minimal and therefore not as chaotic as I had previously expected. We went to the counter to grab out ticket number and, again, we were received with politeness. We did wait several hours until our ticket was called but having a television helped ease the pain. They also had a play area for children which was definitely helpful for a few of the other petitioners who were present. We talked to several people who were also there for interviews and many of them commented on the fact that they were relieved to receive kindness.
Our actual interview went well. We were asked about living arrangements upon arrival in the U.S. and if my fiance (petitioner) was planning to work in the f... read complete review

Overview:
There are about 4 different appointment time periods, 7am, 7.30am, 8am, and 8.30am. The appointment time does not matter, The line for IV starts at 6am. I got in line at 6.38 am for a 8am appointment. Security will start coming out and putting out signs for IV, NIV, and citizen services around 7.10 am. At 7.30 am security will start letting people into the embassy. 4 cases at a time and they rotate between IV and NIV. This embassy does follow the first come first serve. Get in line early and you will leave early. This embassy processes IV and NIV at the same time, so if you're #3 for IV, that means you're about #6 in the line.
This embassy processes about 30 cases a day, IV and NIV. There was 15 IV cases, including mine on Feb. 13. Of this 15, 5 got approved, while others were denied, put into AP, or required additional documents. Have all relationship documents ready, This embassy will take all documents you have and will review all of them... read complete review

I had my interview on Jan 16, 2013 at 8:00 am as it was mentioned in the appointment letter. My fiance attended my interview javascript:emoticon('') the strength that made me afraid of nothing.
We reached the embassy at 6:50am and there were so many people standing in the line already.
To enter the embassy you have to prepare:-
- Your appointment letter
- Your ID card
- If your fiance/fiancee attend your interview too, he/she has to bring his/her passport.
- Beside your documents you have to leave everything at the first entrance with the security guards.
First thing to do in the embassy we went to the counter to get our number. One number for one family. Our lucky number was 818 javascript:emoticon('')
First time my number appeared on the screen with the counter number was the time to submit the documents. The officer asked for required documents as listed i... read complete review

Everything was great, except for the long wait. My interview went very well, it took less than 10 minutes. I got the blue slip, the officer wrote down certain date for me to pick up my visa. After all, it was a very good experience.
