Although we had to wait a bit for processing, the immigration official who processed my husband's documents was very nice, pleasant and helpful. It was really easy,no questions asked. We just got delayed for the verificaton of finger print. The immigration officer was really nice and wiling to help you.

She wasn't harassed or anything. But the officer took her "original" birth certificate along with the sealed packet. they never returned her birth certificate so we had to apply and get a new one. I arrived into JFK at lunchtime. I had arranged my connecting flight to Richmond for 6 hours later so as not to risk missing it if the process was drawn out. However, I was through within the hour. The queue was pretty short because our flight was half empty.
