My fiance, Michel arrived to JFK on September 9. His flight arrived at 12:30. He had to wait more than 4 hours for his case to be processed. Arrived in JFK, and ignored the massive lines for Visitors. Instead, we went to the line for Green Card holders (even though my wife is a USC and I was entering on an IR-1). Line was about 5 minutes.

My fiance said the POE was easy. There was a long wait because there were a lot of people. They took his packet, told him to make sure he got married in 90 days and sent him on his way. He almost missed his connecting flight.

Although there was no harassment, i did think i'd miss my connecting flight.
