Arrived early and had no problems getting through the front door. You can now take your cell phones in but they have to be off when you are called (vibrate isn't good enough).
The interview seemed to go smoothly. Our lawyer sat nearby and nodded throughout. They asked how we met, where I worked, whether we had met each others families and other basic questions about our relationship.
The interviewer didn't make a decision at our interview. She just said we'd hear back from them within a few months.
Update: We checked online and he was approved two days later. Our lawyer says that we were just unlucky and got one of the interviewers who likes to triple check everything before approving.

Our interview was very easy. We were brought into a room where a blonde woman asked my husband questions about how we met, the wedding, etc. He pretty much just told the whole story of our relationship, and she just nodded away. She wanted to see pictures not just of the wedding, but also of photos from much earlier. We showed her our photos and described the times we'd visited each other. She also wanted proof of joint accounts. We had nothing from our landlord, which she didn't mind, but we gave her proof of shared bank account and health insurance. She copied these and our photos. She took away our Advance Parole (which had arrived 4 days ago) and said the green card would arrive within the next two weeks.

Our interviewer was respectful, professional, and thorough. The interview was ~15 minutes long and he did want to hear our story of how we met. Please make sure you have at least one document with both of your names on it. My wife does not have a SSN yet so we included a copy of our lease and our health insurance. We brought nearly 50 pictures and he kept 6. Our interviewer was most impressed with pictures from our wedding, that had both sets of our parents together (my parents came to Thailand to meet her family), and pictures with my fiance with me and my family. He asked questions such as Have you ever been arrested?, Have you ever been a prostitute?, etc. and was reading these questions from a set list...He was apologizing that he had to ask these questions and they appeared to be more formality than anything. The buildup to the interview was more difficult than the interview. Go to the interview prepared with documents listing both of your names, lots of pictures, and a smile and ... read complete review

We had the interview in SF USCIS. It was a very quick experience. We brought a big binder with all our documents requested in the interview letter (originals & copies), 3 photo albums of us throughout relationship plus wedding, and folders with more secondary evidence if needed (cards, receipts, etc.) Before you go in have your ID & notice letter ready. Once inside you go through security which is like the airport security. After that we went to check in at the 2nd floor - Adjustment of Status. Then we waited on the 3rd floor for about 5-10 minutes before being called. We were interviewed by a guy. He was polite & serious at the same time. Told us to pledge we are speaking the truth, asked for our passports & DL, and then proceeded to ask questions. He asked my husband his current address, current cell phone#, birthday, and then read the criminal questions/communist questions (all answered "no" lol). After that he just asked us how we met, what my job is, what our major was (we met in ... read complete review
