I had my K-1 visa interview on July 1st 2022 at the US embassy in London.
I stayed at the Premier Inn Clapham the night before which was a 30 minute walk to the embassy (practically a straight line walk), it was the one of the few hotels left available (Wimbledon was on).
My interview was scheduled for 10am and I arrived just before 9:30, after composing myself I joined the short line outside the security entrance. At this point I was requested to show my passport and DS-160 confirmation, the person signed it and then said I was allowed to enter the security area. I was asked to open the main pouch of my backup and asked to empty my pockets, I then walked through the metal detector and was requested to take a sip of my water. I then entered the reception area and joined a queue, they asked to see my signed confirmation and placed a sticker with a number on. Arrived early and there was a queue to have our passports checked. Then we joined the queue to go through security and enter the grounds of the embassy. Then we went into the building and waited in a queue that did not move for some time. Then when we finally moved we were given a number and went up to the interview area. I was called up to two different counters. Both people were polite and efficient. It took a while to get through the whole process but it was reasonable as there was a large number of people they were processing.
