Salve a tutti!

I just went through the experience at the Naples' Consulate and I would like to share with those who are in the process. Be confident it is not difficult.
The medical examination was schedule for March 7 at 8am. I was there before 8, I was number 3 for the Consulate, they have a special section for the American Consulate. First thing is to give your passport and then a nurse takes a sample of your blood. That was quite fast. Then I went to another side of the building for the x-rays, also very fast and then I was asked to wait in another place until a doctor would call me. At this point a lot more people had come in, there were some kids there two, so those people got ahead of me. After about 45 minutes I was called to see this doctor (I am not sure he was a doctor), he takes the 4 pictures and checks if there is a need of any further vaccination. At this point he tells you to pay (cash or card), he also said that the following day at the Consulate I would get an envelope with t... read complete review

We arrived to Naples 3 days prior to our interview to take advantage of the city and Valentine's day weekend. We stayed at a Bed and Breakfast very close to the American Consulate, the name is "La Dimora di Nettuno". A small B&B but very quaint, clean, spacious rooms, breakfast included and excellent service at a very reasonable price(highly recommended).
The Medical Appointment was automatically scheduled by the embassy for the day before the interview. As stated on the Consulate instructions found in the NVC page, we arrived before 8:30 (8am to be exact). They had a number generator machine and a button marked C for Consulate visits. There were 11 people ahead of us already, we waited until our number was called and walked up to the window assigned which is strictly for consular medical visits. The girl at the window asked for the appointment letter and my husband's passport (the beneficiary)she told us to have a seat. After a few minutes, they took my husband to a room where ... read complete review

Medicals = were easy, just a lot of waiting, I had to have passport, 4 pics, adress of residence and where I am gonna stay in the US, and vaccines records. I had to pay 25€ more for the Flu vaccine. The chest x-rays were given to me today at the interview, and I was told I will have to bring them in the U.S. with me
Interview = super easy as well. Documents asked were the payment receive, the DS160 form confirmation page, my birth certificate (the international one because was the only that had my parents names on it), the I134 signed, my F tax returns of the last year, but since he had a job last June, which doesn't show in the taxes, we had also his work contract (he makes 47500$/year), company letter stating that they want to keep him, and his pay stubs from june till the latest. They didn't want the bank docs. Also 2 pictures.
The consular was a lady, she was very nice. My F was with me also.
These are the questions asked:
Did anyone force you signing... read complete review

Ciao a tutti!
P... read complete review
