On the day of the interview my fiancé was asked a few questions about us, how did we meet, how many times we’ve seen each other, etc. When I had submitted the petition we had only seen each other 2x but we had photos from 3 meetings so the interviewer was stuck on that until my fiancé explained that I was there earlier this year to visit. He let it go and circled back to that question, luckily my fiancé had my fight itineraries and my actual printed tickets and showed him, as well as my passport entry stamps. No other questions were asked, nothing about my job, nothing about finances, etc.
Overall the experience was good. He was told to expect his visa in a week and a week later it was issued.

Interview Experience
So I got to the U. S Embassy at 7:13 am. Went under the tree and sat there, of course with a lot of other interviewees.
Went inside at 9:30 am. Waited in line till it was my turn to see the Ghanaian lady who takes your particulars and pieces of evidence, then my biometric was done. I was the. Told to go and sit while I wait for my turn for the interview.
After about an hour and a half, my name was mentioned to Boot 9 where there was this slim white man. He went on to swear the oath of truth with me then below is what ensued;
- [ ] Can you confirm your name and date of birth for me, please?
- [ ] What is your fiancée’s name?
- [ ] How did you meet? After I said Facebook, he went on to ask if we were in a mutual group and I said yes.
- [ ] Tell me about how it happened.
- [ ] What work does she do?
- [ ] How long have you been together?
- [ ] When was the firs... read complete review

I arrived at 7:00am for an 8:00am interview. Got called in at exactly 8:00am and waited for less than 10 minutes for the first check of documents. Then waited again for about 20 minutes before I was called to be interviewed. The consular officer was a lady and asked me to call out my name. She then wished me a happy Birthday and asked me to truth pledge.
Then the interview begin. She asked me the ff questions:
-Who is petitioning for you to come?
-Is he your biological father?
-Do you know when he came to the US?
-How did he come to the US?
-Is your mother in the US?
-Are your parents divorced?
-Is your father married to anyone ?
-Who does he live with?
-Does he have any other children apart from you?
-When did he become a US Citizen?
-when was the last time you saw him?
-Do you have any photos?- I had only two.
The consular officer then stepped out of the booth and... read complete review

Hello,
My fiancé's interview went well. Arrived early had to wait a view hours before his interview. He said the admin staff was neither rude nor friendly....for whatever that means...maybe professional?
He did say his interviewer was nice and the interview took approximately 5 min.
Questions:
How did you meet?
What does your fiancée do for work?
Where is your wedding?
Have you applied for a US visa before?
Have you been married before? Has your fiancée?
Do you have kids? Does your fiancée?
Have you traveled to other countries?
The interviewer looked through the evidence of relationship and took I-134 form and supporting documents. Interviewer then handed my fiancé piece of paper with instructions on how to get his passport/visa.
Even though the interview day went well, I can't give the embassy a 5 star rating when considering the whole e... read complete review
