I am not gonna go into details because my interview was like almost everyone else's. I had my appointment at 7:45 and I was out around 9:00 again. My interview questions were:
-How did you meet
-When have you met in person for the first time
-How many times has he been to Germany to see you
-How did he propose
That was it. My interview took 5 min max. Everyone at the embassy was very nice and friendly. All in all I had a very good experience.

Just like mostly everyone else who composed a review on here I had a very pleasant experience at Frankfurt embassy. I am not going to give too many details as my visit there went according to the same scheme as reviewers before me have described. The embassy staff is really friendly and were making jokes while I was passing the security check, which certainly cheered me up as I was a tad nervous.
After I was given my ticket, I had to wait about 20 minutes to be called to window 20 where general information was provided. Following that, I waited about 30 minutes for the actual interview, which itself took 2 minutes at a maximum. It was very helpful for me to read about questions other people had been asked, so those were mine:
How did you meet?
When did you meet for the first time in person?
When did your fiancé propse?
The only thing I thought was confusing was that I never knew which language to speak. The guy at the very first window outside the bu... read complete review

Like everyone said before: Worked like a charm!

All friendly people, got me through really quick and I was done not even an hour later.

I also had my appointment at 7:45, it seems to be a good thing to reserve the earliest time possible ..

Asked a few basic questions like "how did you meet?", " did you propose and if so how?" but that was really it.

The entire experience was excellent.

Our official appointment was at 7:45am We were there by about 7am because we were staying at Hotel Aria (also excellent and very helpful about storing our baggage while we were at the consulate) and misjudged how quickly we would get there. They had us line up outside first, we were second in line, but also allowed a handicapped gentleman to go ahead of us so he didnt have to spend longer standing around.

We went to window 2 outside and received a number, a sticker on Chris' passport, and a visitor card in mine. We went to the next line where they give you a plastic bag for anything in your pockets, your belt, sunglasses, etc. Next, 5 people go in the dorr to security at a time; this is the only area where we ran into difficulty. They did not care that we were together and would not allow Chris to wait or me to go in. He had no issues; I had a man yell at me for stepping up to the line that I have to step up to... read complete review

I had a very pleasant interview experience today.
The process is pretty much like mentioned in other reviews: You get in the Immigrant Visa line, get a ticket with a unique number, go through security check, proceed to the main hall, go to the window you are called to, turn in your passport, do fingerprints, take an oath and answer questions.

The interview consisted of four questions:
-How did you meet?
-How long have you known each other before you started dating?
-What is your fiancé's occupation?
-Where did you spend your exchange year?

I arrived at 7.40am and was approved an hour later.

You might be nervous, but it's really nothing to be worried about :-)
