Arrived 20 minutes early for interview. Interview was exactly on time and lasted only 15 minutes. We were asked how we met, what each of our parents thought when we met and whether we planned to stay in the US for a while? We were asked to submit any documentation that showed our bond, so we submitted our rental agreement, joint bank account and health/insurance docs. We were then advised things were good and we would received the card in 2-6 weeks. javascript:emoticon('')

Our appointment was at 1pm, we arrived at 12:45. There were 2 other pairs of people there before us. We were the second pair to be called in. The woman who interviewed us was very nice. We had to show our identification (passports) but she didn't want to see his EAD card, even though it was listed on the paperwork. She went over our application and asked my husband (the beneficiary) questions to make sure things were correct. She wanted to know if he knew our address and the date he arrived in the states last, if he had been arrested before- the general questions that he had to fill out on the paperwork. Then she asked us how we met and when/where we first met in person. She wanted to know how we decided to move here. She said it was her job to be nosy, but she didn't ask anything overly personal or that we hadn't answered before. She looked at our wedding pictures and our certified wedding license (we provided her a copy) and my divorce papers. Then she told us we were approved and th... read complete review

Small line, didnt have to wait for them to call our name, we were the first to be called and the officer swore us in, we answered a few self explanatory questions, she looked over our stuff, real easy and casual, like talking to your next door neighbour! Easy!

We got in at 8am and had no wait for our names to be called (less than 30 sec) she swore us in, went through our documents asked about how we met, family, how they feel about us, really casual conversation, it was very comfortable and no trouble what so ever. Really excellent experience. They told us to keep our EAD until the greencard comes in and then to destroy it. So we still have that being we're still looking for work!
