Security guards were friendly and helpful, explained what to do upon entering office area well. Wait time was short, we were seen basically right on time.
Interviewer was very friendly, interview itself was very short. Most of the paperwork I bought with me wasn't really needed. She looked at both our driver's licenses, plus my passport. She took copies of our joint account summary, bills in our names that go to the same address, and a copy of my insurance card showing I'm on my husband's insurance plan. Also took photo's of our wedding. We were approved that same day.

Interview was cursory overall.
We were taken in about 5 mins late and sworn in. She asked for our driver licenses and passports. Confirmed phone numbers and addresses. Asked how we met. Asked if we had met each others' families. She asked my husband what my deceased parents' names were, and asked him what my cell phone number is.
She asked if we had wedding photos and we said not yet, as we were waiting on photographer to send them. She did not that I am currently pregnant when she asked if either of us have children. I had lots of updated documents since I applied but she said she didn't need to see them because she was "already convinced ".
She gave me an approval letter and explained about I-751 to remove conditions in 2 years' time. I received immediate text about card production being ordered, and then received the welcome letter 4 days later and the green card 7 days later.

Had a very good experience, we were both nervous and giggling while waiting.

We gave ourselves an extra hour to travel (since my husband is a truck driver ,he is coming from west to east) but still we were late because of the detours and gps miscalculation, so instead of coming in 15 min before 9am, we arrived 9:03 am. The interviewer was very nice, he was a little under the weather so am i.. He swore as in and asked for the documents.. He asked me since i lived in NYC and my husband lives in Pa , if how i travel back and forth so i gave him my bus etickets, asked my social security number, supporting documents i have is a bank joint account and a mortgage contract with my name on it.

We sent out everything in late September, got the notice of action within two weeks and the biometrics appointment on October 31st. We went to York, PA to have the biometrics. It was fast, not busy, and the people there were nice. It is a little hard to find, since it is in the back of the prison building.
The interview was in late January, so three months after we filed. We brought EVERYTHING we had in our file: the exact copies of the documents we sent, pictures from the wedding and from our 5 years together.
The interview was short, nice, and to the point. The officer just asked how we met, for how long, and asked to see our recent bank statement. We have a joint account, we showed bills that have the same address proving that we live together. We brought our actual lease, but also we brought a copy of the lease of our first apartment, where we lived 2 years before we married. We did not think about it and we did not bring it along, but if you have health ins... read complete review
