We had our interview on 12/09/2020 at 9:40AM. Because of COVID, we had to arrive no earlier than 9:25AM, which we did. We did the check-in with the interview letter and our Florida IDs, then proceeded to go through security. There is another area where you do the final check-in and they take a picture and the fingerprints of the beneficiary (applicant). After that, you proceed to go to a general waiting area where they will call you. Everything was clean and everyone was firm/professional but OK cordially.
We were called by 9:45AM or so and went into the office with the officer. The officer was professional/strict and seemed intimidating at first. But, the officer was very professional and cordial as things progressed. We got approved and our interview lasted almost an hour., we were out by 10:40AM.
Some pointers:
-Bring everything you have submitted to USCIS, especially anything for AOS/EAD/AP.

I think our experience might be different than most.
We arrived at the Orlando Field Office about 20 minutes early. Note: Due to COVID they won't let you in more than 30 minutes before your scheduled interview. You will go thru a fairly thorough security screening. (Quite professional, but more thorough than the airport)
We checked in at the front desk. They checked my ID (passport) and my wife's (Florida ID card). (I was surprised they didn't require her passport at this point, but it was OK) You are issued a number and told to wait in a very large waiting room.
Our appointment was at 1:30pm, but don't ever county on going in at your appointment time.
Here is where things may differ from most others.

It was an incredible experience at this office wasn’t a long wait but it was a huge area where you could see others waiting for their interviews. Well kept and everything was professionally done here

this is our experience for our AOS interview at the Orlando USCIS office.
We arrived at USCIS at 12:30pm for a 1:05pm appointment.
We went through security check and showed our appointment letter and our IDs, then checked in at the front desk, they gave us a number and told us to take a seat in the waiting area.
we were called back at 2pm, the officer brought us to her office, asked for our IDs, told us to raise our right hands, and gave us the oath.
these are the questions we were asked :
- she asked our names
- she asked how old our baby is
- when and how we met
- proof of relationship
- when and why we divorced with previous marriages
- where did my husband (petitioner) work previously
- copies of our divorce certificates from previous marriages
- all questions from form l-485 (yes/no)
and she said she will take two weeks to thirty days to make a decision.
