Long lines at security, but very fast-moving.
Easy to find appropriate waiting room.
One woman behind the counter in the waiting room was almost comically mean/rude, but the young gentleman behind the counter was extremely, extremely helpful and kind.
Waited for 2.5 hours for appointment.
Interviewer was very, very brisk, but also very professional, no sarcasm or rudeness, no tricks, no mean comments. Just very direct questions. At the very end, she smiled and wished us well, which made us feel a lot better. She was very fair and listened to my question at the end of the interview and answered patiently.

The interview was in Garden City (now relocated to Long Island City). It was the easiest interview I ever had. The interview was early in the morning, and there were very few people when we got there. We sat down in the waiting room for about 15 mins before our names were called. We then headed upstairs to a secondary waiting room and waited there for another 10 mins. A nice Eastern European sounding lady greeted us soon after.
We brought a thick folder full of further evidence of our relationship. She didn't ask for any of that. We made some small conversation about how the office will be moving closer to the city, where we live and what we do, then asked the standard I-485 questions. She then said that she can't approve the case until my employment based file is forwarded to her, but that TSC will not do so until I withdraw the filing first. We said ok, and thanked her for her help.
I sent a letter to TSC the following day, it took them about 2.5 months... read complete review
