We brought everything we had, Live Insurance Ben., Joint Health Insurance, 2011 Joint Taxes, Pension Ben., 2 photo albums, wedding and misc pics, Ipad with wedding video and thousands of other pics we took together, Joint checking account, Verizon bills in both of our names and detailed phones numbers calling back to the Philippines every day, Work authorization, SS cards, I-94, both birth certificates, passports, all USCIS letters, all our cards to and from one another and to the both of us and any mailing to us with both of our names to the address we are living, and copies of everything in a separate folder for the USCIS officer. The offices was a nice and pleasant man, and after I brought all that will the, the appointment only lasted 5 minutes. Don't speak for your partner if the USCIS agent ask the other person the question. He asked to see I-94, birth certificates, 2011 Taxes, Passports and photo album, but didn't look through the photo album. He sworn us in by raising our right hand when we enter his room, that we swear to tell the truth. He asked my spouse, if she had ever committed any crime or been arrested, if any deportation proceedings had taken place, what is your husbands date of birth, what I do for a living and the hours I work. Asked to see the taxes and some other forms and Identity. Asked me if I had any criminal background, and if I ever filed a petition for someone else in the past. I gave him the folder with all the copies I made, flipped through the papers and took out a couple that he needed, and said congratulations! javascript:emoticon('') Drive 1 hour and 15 minuted there, and back, waited for about 1 hour to be called, and the appointment took 5 minutes. He said we will get her green card in the mail in 10-12 Days!
