We had our interview on August 6, 2014! And it went great, the female officer was really friendly, only asked questions from the form, how we met and about our child together, asked for photo album. Our interview did not even last 15 mins and we were approved on the spot.
our interview was at 11:40 and we were in at 11:55, no long waiting and 4 families before us were in and out with big smiles on their faces, so we figured they got approved too!
Way to go Milwaukee office!!!

Very helpful starting my process to filing for my fiancé in Jamaica. I scheduled an appointment through Info Pass and attended a brief appointment asking questions I had printed out on paper ahead of time. She gave me information on organizations to help me begin my paperwork (through churches) and answered all of my questions.

(Adjustment of status from b2 visit visa)
We had a very relaxed interview process. We applied in feb 18th, and had our interview scheduled on may 15th. We arrived at 10 am, interview was scheduled for 1020. the man called my husbands name at 1040. My husband approached the door and asked if i can come with. the man said yes. He took us in the office and we raised our right hands and said that we will tell the truth. He then went over basic info with each of us. Birth date, address, phone number, and other things on application. Then he went over the questions with my husband about past criminal history, military etc. (off of the application)
He then asked us what we would like to add to the file to show that we have a relationship with any joint history. we gave 4 month of bank statements, (off the website with both our names listed), our rental agreement with landlord, (a copy with both names shown and copy of rent receipts), and a letter from the schoo... read complete review

I didn't notice that I never wrote a review. I hope I still remember things well enough.
Our interview went very well. We didn't have to wait too long (had the appointment early in the morning). The officer was extremely friendly. It didn't feel like we were being 'interrogated' more like a friendly conversation. He noted that he had never seen a visa from Iceland before (which I had in my passport), and asked questions about Icelandic (which I taught). Turned out that he had studied linguistics and was just personally interested in the language He quickly looked at our photo albums (commented on some pictures of us in disco outfit and started chatting about disco music), asked some basic questions... I think the interview didn't take more than 20 minutes or so. I got approval notice the same day (if I remember correctly).
