Very positive experience! We went in at 9:15 and waited for ~10 minutes. Our interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. The officer was extremely nice and made us feel comfortable immediately. Turns out that we live in the same area so we connected over that - definitely a midwestern friendly kind of guy. He asked us questions to confirm information on the I-485 and also asked the obligatory "Are you a terrorist?" Y/N questions. It was all very light and conversational, not like an interrogation at all - no strange or trick questions. He asked if we wanted to submit any additional evidence, so we submitted documents like the deed of trust for our house, car titles, insurance info, bank statements, beneficiary info, etc. I asked him if he wanted additional photos, but he declined saying he had enough. He didn't directly say we were approved, but he said he had to go over the final checklist just to make sure he had everything from us, but he's almost positive there will be no issues with the... read complete review

It was very quick. Our appointment was at 8:30am and we were out the door by 9am. Not too many people waiting.
A majority of the interview was him confirming info on the I-485, including most of the "no" questions at the end (are you a terrorist, etc). The only things he asked to see were our govt identification, the vaccination portion of the health check, and pics of us. We also gave him our 2020 health insurance info and a jount credit card statement.
That was it. He was firm and not smiling at the start, but by the end was very friendly and he said we were approved. Overall a very positive experience.

Everyone at this facility was very friendly and made us feel at ease as soon as we walked in.
We had our interview at 10:30am and we went in about 10:00am. Went through security and checked-in at the desk in the waiting room...where I did my fingerprint of my two index fingers and took a photo.
We did not wait that long, we were called in about 10:10am which was earlier than our set time. We were surprised because we went in before other people than were waiting before us.
The IO greeted us and made us feel real comfortable quick. He showed us to his office and asked us to keep standing so that we can take the oath. After that, He told that we can have a sit and began to tell us to relax, take a deep breath, it's not like the movies. Which made us laugh...we were laughing all through the interview.
He then first started going through the I-130 with my spouse and then the I-485 with me to confirm our information and that nothing has changed. Then he asked me ... read complete review

Had our interview today for the adjustment of status for the K1 Visa. Overall, it was pretty painless. We got there half an hour early but waited for quite a bit to be brought back to the office. We were asked general questions like age, name of parents and all of the other information on the I-485 just to verify that it was correct. She asked us how we met, took a look at the pictures we brought and asked us what evidence we brought for our marriage. We had medical insurance cards, dental insurance cards, proof that my husband was added as a beneficiary and dependent at work, car insurance and joint bank statements. The woman was very friendly and told us that they understand that as a new couple you won't have that many documents and that everything we brought was sufficient. She said that she had to do one more check but that she would be approving our case and that we should expect the green card in the mail in a couple of weeks. Overall it was a great experience, much eas... read complete review
