Had an interview on October 10th at 12.15 pm. We arrived at about 11.45 am. Parking was a little tight but we found a spot. We went through airport like security and were asked to submit the appointment letter to window 2. At 12.30 pm officer asked the husband (USC) to come inside. Officer asked for documents (bank statements, health and car insurance, mail, etc). Then swore the husband in and started asking questions:
When did you started dating?
When did you get married?
Did the wife meet husband's parents?
When was the last time you and your wife saw your parents?
When was the last time you and your wife saw other members of the family?
What was your day like yesterday?
What did you have for dinner last night?
What is your favorite pizza place?
There were some more questions about our relationships too. It lasted for about 25 minutes.

Went in earlier this week for my AOS interview. Very pleasant experience, agent was very friendly and efficient. We arrived probably 30 minutes early, and the interview itself couldn't have lasted more than 20 minutes. Green card is due to arrive within a week of the interview.

The interview lasted about 20 minutes, the officer was very friendly, took a photo and fingerprints, an oath, asked for any evidence of a relationship. We gave him what we had: our pictures, documents on medical insurance, from the bank about a joint account, a copy of a credit card, SSN, showed mail envelopes in the name of the applicant (me). He then asked questions from Form I-485, starting with the name, date of birth, address, parents, children, and further questions from this form. That's all, congratulated, shook hands, tell us to wait for the green card by mail and explained that it will be necessary to remove the convention from the green card in 21 months... Everything is easy even with my not very good English

Was one of the first appointments of the day. My Husband is part of a K-1 visa chat group and so we were a little nervous about what we may be walking in to. We put everything and had it organized but when we got called back the officer doing our interview was nice and polite. He asked for any additional paperwork we may have gathered in the interim which we provided. Then he asked my Husband questions going over his adjustment of status petition. Nothing was really asked about our relationship. It was over in less then 30 minutes and we were told that he was recommending us for approval. javascript:emoticon('')
