My wife and I went to the Denver CIS office for my marriage-based Adjustment of Status interview. Security and check-in was quick and easy, everyone was polite and professional. After about a 10-15 minute wait in a large waiting room with plenty of seating, we were called into a room where we were interviewed after taking an oath.
We brought our original passports, birth certificates, and marriage certificate, copies of everything we submitted with our original application, a new I-864 for my wife and I showing new job information, and a new medical examination form as I knew the old one had expired. The IO was surprised I had thought ahead and knew to bring a new one! I handed over the I-864 at the same time. He asked for any new evidence of our relationship - I gave him new photographs from visiting my wife's family, bank statements showing both our incomes going into the same account, and a joint tax transcript. He was happy with these three things and didn't ask for ... read complete review

Easy. The interview was at 7:30 AM. Got there at 7:20 and left at 8:00. The officer interviewed us for like 10 or 15 minutes. She just went through my application and asked some questions about it. She was interested in knowing what kind of visas I had used in the past to get to the US. My husband was asked about my parents' names and where I was born. Then she asked us how we met, how we celebrated our wedding, if we knew each other's parents... I gave her all the documents we had and explained what they were but she really didn't look at them.
She told us that we'd get a decision in the mail in one or two months. I was a little worried because we don't have a joint bank account and I'm not in my husband's lease, but it seems like everything was all right since the next day I already had an "approved" notice in the USCIS web page.javascript:emoticon('')

I had my AOS interview in Denver, CO on February 3, 2016 and it was a very positive and smooth process. My husband and I showed up 15 minutes before our 10:00A interview and they checked us in and saw us before our appointment was scheduled.
What I brought to the interview:
-copies of all me and my husbands government ID's (Canadian passport, Canadian social security card, both birth certificates, both socials, husbands US passport, both drivers licenses, EAD)
-proof of marriage (photos, marriage certificate, lease, proof my husband was my beneficiary on my life insurance, health insurance cards, rent and car insurance, bank statements)
-all my old applications for the previous visas (I-129F, EAD, Advanced Parole, AOS)
-interview notice with date and time of appointment
The officer brought us back to an office and after we swore in he sat us down and asked us to go over some information that was on the initial I-485 applicati... read complete review
