I was very impressed by the professionalism and the time the officer spent with us. We arrived early, and were called in on time. He did ask all the right questions, like how we met, my birthdate, my full name (and eL actually remembered!), and for most of the paperwork that substantiated our marriage and previous divorces. He was a complete gentleman, and said he would recommend Ludmila for a green card and approval. Just REMEMBER to come prepared to prove you are living with your spouse if your Visa is based on that.

The man who conducted our interview was an immigrant himself, which was interesting.

As efficient as the office tries to be, there are at most 3 windows servicing applicants. My issue was how to update my filing to correct names. After calling the national number, I was directed to this office. I spoke with 4 people at the office and waited for a total of 5 hours. In each case I was given different and as the return of the information from the CSC noted, incorrect information to solve the problem.
They were very professional, but such a simple thing as correcting a typo should be answered unilaterally by all.

Met with officer about 129 F problem. He was patient, informative, polite. At first he told me I could not file Motion to reopen but then changed his mind & said to try it. I had already done that & sent same to U S Senator asking for assistance but did not tell him that.
Even admitted he made error in interpetation of potential cost of refiling 129 F . It is free according to new documents he reviewd.
I dont need to do it because our 130 was approved a few days later.
