The interview was scheduled at 8am on the 9th of November. It lasted only 5 minutes. She was asked simple questions like where we met each other and what my occupation is. They approved her! Totally painless!

She was approved. Her appointment was at 8 am. We arrived at 7:30 and she was finished by 8:30. Simple questions pertaining to the information on the I-129f. She was treated politely by the western woman who interviewed her.

My fiancee went for the interview as planned on Oct 14th, but the interviewer was sick. They took her documents and the Thai local embassy staff were pretty aggresive and unhelpful. Our lawyer had apparently mailed the original documents and embassy staff did not bother to look in the files. He just asked my fiancee for them and refused to take the copies she had with her. He also refused to take her pictures in the photo album of relationship evidence that we had prepared, told her to remove just 20 of them, then later relented and gave the pictures back to be reinserted in the album while he impatiently waited. They rescheduled everyone who lived in Bangkok for an interview the next afternoon. The people who came from out of town were apparently allowed to stay and interview with a different consular officer.
When she returned the next afternoon, the document issue had apparently been resolved. The woman CO asked her to swear her oath in Thai and took her biomet... read complete review

Appointment scheduled for 7:30 AM. Entered the embassy approximately 7:00 AM. She was the second interview of the day. The number 1 interview didn't pass. Su couldn't tell me what the problem was though. When it was Su's turn, she was asked which language she primarily communicated with me in, she answered English. The CO told her she must interview in English. She was hoping to interview in Thai, she was already nervous enough. The interviewer asked the following questions:
* How did we meet? She works at the same office as my aunt. My aunt introduced us.
* Where did she work at? A government office
* When did we first meet in person? December 25, 2007
* When is our wedding planned? Sometime shortly after arriving in the USA
* What city does he live? Seattle (This is incorrect, Seattle is where my office is. She knows this. I think she was just confused.)
* When did you last see h... read complete review
