My fiance had an interview on the 9th of July. Appointment time was at 7:30am but he went there about an hour early, was the 3rd person in line. Went through security check point, fingerprint, and then at window 6 a Thai lady (wasn't friendly) would take all the proofs and documents, put them in order, and asked a couple questions. Later told my fiance to go to the post office across the embassy to get a receipt of self addressed postage parcel (the post office wasn't open so he had to wait for about 30-45min?.) He came back to the embassy and later gave the receipt to the lady. About 30 minutes later a male officer called out his name, 1st time he wasn't sure so he listened for the 2nd time. It was window number 8? ( i forgot) Here's how the conversation kinda went, not exactly in order I guess...

CO: Koon pood pasa arai pen bung? (what languages can you speak?)
CO: Oh English? okay good. How did you and your fiancee meet?
CO: Million of people on facebo... read complete review

My Fiance's visa was approved a couple of weeks ago. As a thank you to everyone on this board who helped us tremendously, I am posting a brief synopsis of her experience. I hope this helps someone even a small % of how much this board has helped us.

My Fiance went to window 7. had a youngish man who first:
Q: asked her in english if she wanted to be interviewed in Thai or English?
A: She said Thai, but asked in english.

Q: He then asked (in Thai) how and in what language we communicate?
A: She said we speak every day on the phone, skype, or facebook. And that we speak in english, but she is nervous and feels more strongly interviewing in Thai.

Q: He then showed her my phone Bill and asked her if she knew what is was?
A: she said it was my very expensive phone bill because I call her too much. He laughed.

Q: He then took out some pictures and asked her to tell her where they were taken and who we ... read complete review

Everything went perfect. Our only misstep was to not get the police certificate done earlier.

Bow's appointment was scheduled for 0700. She said there were 6 others that day also with the 7AM appointment. Her interview was only about 15 minutes long. The officer asked the basic questions such as...How did you two meet?, Whats my name and job. Bow came with many pictures of us and tons of emails/messenger conversations etc. However she was issued a 221g based on the fact we had no evidence of domicile. Since I am working as a army contractor in Afghanistan they needed evidence of domicile. Our lawyer mentioned nothing about this to us beforehand. She was sent home with passport in hand and told to come back the next Monday with evidence supporting my established domicile in the U.S. After going online and researching proof of domicile while working abroad.... We compiled all of documents such as title to both houses, electric and utility bills, cable bills, Letter from my parents stating my area of residence in the U.S., copies of home owners insurance, I also ... read complete review
