Appointment scheduled at 10am, but arrived at 930am. The security officer kind enough to let me in with strict security check. There's actually no actual "time" you have to be there because the queue is based on how many people there are in front of you. Please go early if you want!!!
Timeline
9:30am - queue for security check
9:45am - took queue number and seated
10:15am - number called. First male officer is very polite and professional, he requested for my passport, birth certificate, police clearance, 2xpassport photo, form I-134F and my fiance's divorce decree (all in original form). He informed that all documents are submitted!
10:35am - called to meet second officer(whom will interview me), she asked me general questions about how long and where we met, how we maintain our communication and how often, lastly, did he share how much money he made monthly. Then, she told me visa will be ready within two weeks! Woohooo!!!!

My interview was scheduled for 8.45am. When I got there, there were 2 people before me. There is only one immigrant visa counter, so I waited really long for my turn. I got called to the counter, submitted my documents and asked to be seated again. After a while, I got called to the counter beside for an interview. Questions were basic and fast, the interviewer was professional. I was missing some documents and thus, my visa didn't get approved on the spot. They said that once I submitted the outstanding documents, I should get my visa in about 2 weeks, but it ended up taking over 4 weeks for administrative processing. Nevertheless, I've finally got my K1 visa, yay!

Appointment at 10am, trafffic was bad so I arrived at 9:52am and quickly told the guard my appointment is 10am for immigrant visa so she got me in line. Normal procedures, checked my bag and took my electronic gadgets. At 10am, I was able to sat and relaxed. I was 6th among the immigrant appointments. I was so nervous but just prayed that God will guide me. Was able to talked to another K1 applicant (hi ate Jee). My wife went for her interview on Jan 10, 2017 and said it was a really good experience.
Her appointment was for 9:30am. She arrived at the embassy around 8:50 and like most, had to wait outside because she was there early. Luckily it was breezy and not too hot outside.
A little after 9:00, she was called and went through security after a little bit of a queue there.
After going through a bit of a queue in the security line (maybe 10 mins), she made her way into the embassy, took a number, and waited to be called. She said she waited about 20-30 mins and had the document check with a younger local guy who she said was very nice. My wife is Japanese and I was a bit concerned if the Singapore embassy staff would know about the Japanese family registry documents (Koseki Shohon). But luckily they were familiar and accepted them without issue. The only problem was that our lawyer made copies for us and the entire document wasn't copied (the Japanese do... read complete review

My husband had his interview last December 21, 2016 at 8:45am in the morning. He arrived early and he told me the queue was already long. As mentioned in other reviews, security here is tight and they do not allow any electronic devices inside.
My husband talked to a guy first and he asked for the following documents:
Birth Cert, Marriage Cert, Police Cert, two photos and military records & 2015 tax returns
2nd person questions:
What is your wife working as?
How did your wife went to the US?
How long has she been in the US?
How long is she working for the current company?
How long have you been married?
They didn't asked for any pictures, just our 2015 tax return.
If you had a name change (like adding an English name on your Chinese name) don't forget to bring your deed poll. For male applicants, bring your military transcript.
December 21 - visa status :ready
