Everything went smooth and easy 🙂 I had appointment scheduled at 10.00, had to wait about 2 hours for my final interview. It seems like embassy scheduled all appointments for the same hour (about 20 ppl was waiting with me). Interview was quick with typical questions like "How did you meet your fiance?" "What's he doing?" "How long do you know each other?". After 3-4 days I had my passport back with visa and documents.

Very easy interview. Friendly consul. Asked how we met, where fiancé works, where I work, where I went to university. Said to come back next day to pick up visa.

I was directed to go to the window 13 to get a ticket the number, then i got all my documents checked by a very nice lady (they asked for my birth certificate, police records from Poland and marriage certificate). Then i had to wait for about 1,5hrs (there were already people waiting in the waiting room) until i got called in. The officer asked if all the information on my ds260 are true and wanted me to take the oath - i told him that i have corrected my last name (DS form was still with my maiden name) and at the end i didn't take the oath. He asked me how I met my husband, what's my current occupation, we had a little chitchat about UVA and he said "your visa has been approved, we will send it and your passport to you within 2 business days). And that was it. The interview lasted 2 minutes. It was super cold inside ... read complete review
