i had my interview yesterday July 21,2009 8:30
i brought my baby with me and my mom to hold her while i am having my interview..
we got inside the embassy by 8am,and got my queing number at 8:40...waited for almost an hour for the finger scanning..went back to my sit and waited another hour for the pre-screening..only asked my name, bday, petitioner, when did we get married, when we first met and something like that...
and asked for emails, chat logs, phone bills, pictures, letters and everything will prove ur ongoing relationship...
waited for 30 minutes again for the Final interview..
my CO is nice and cute..
didnt ask me so much questions, just like what the pre-screener asked me..
and then told me that my visa is approved..that's it!!!
all in all my interview went so so smooth and fine....

Double check all your papers, specially your appointment letter for the day..you won't be able to pass the guards without it. Reminder, NO CELLPHONE NO ELECTRONIC GADGETS NO LIQUIDS. You can get food and drinks inside the waiting area.
PLEASE BE THERE EARLY..at least 1 hour ahead of your time schedule..there will be a long line, but not to worry, all K1 K2 K3 K4 are immigrant visas..they have a different line to follow. B1/B2 lines are long, a security personnel will inform you where to go. Bring out your appointment letter, the guard will look for it. Security check with all your belongings passing through an x-ray machine. After that..follow the BLUE ARROW..that's for immigrant visas..where it will lead to a big waiting area..they call it HOMELAND SECURITY DEPARTMENT.
At these point..another security guard will meet y... read complete review

My K1 was not materialize. I was granted a K1 visa. However, my ex fiance didnt marry me due to he was not ready to marry me and he told he has many issues to faces before he settledown.
My questions, he can still file a K1 visa even its just only few months ago we separated?
Can I apply any kind of visa which it will not affect on it?
thank you in advance!
