I have been a member on Visa Journey for months now but this is my first post on this site. Please I need assistance regarding my application. My US Fiancee filed for a Fiance Petition and we got approved and received the NOA2 but am having issues with Sponsorship. I'm trying to gather on documents required before Interview. She is working permanently for 5 years now but her income doesn't meet the Poverty Line Requirement. We have asked her friend to be her co-sponsor but her friend recently sponsored her mother from Nigeria so we are thinking it's not a good idea to have her friend co-sponsor my fiancee. I own a house and business in Nigeria and I have enough available funds in Nigeria Bank Accounts but am not sure if I can sponsor myself. Please I need answer to the following questions.
1. Can my fiancee friend co-sponsor for us even though she recently sponsored her mother in November but she have only 1 dependent which is her mother and she still make way over the p... read complete review

my experience this morning,
left my house as early as 5am this morning but the usual lagos road was blocked i had to drop from the car & took a bike straight to d embassy from mile 2. Reached d embassy at 6am and i was no 7 on queue. It was really fast.. people laughed at me because i was carrying to very big wedding albums.. i was scared when i got in because one of d CO was really inquisitive that there was a woman in front of him for about 20 minutes.
me: good morning sir
co: good morning, raise your right hand and repeat after me ''i promise to say d truth
me: i promise to say the truth
co: i understand u are going to us to join your husband
me: yes
co: can you tell about d both of you, how you met & got married
me: we met at my neighbours bachelors eve party, started dating, planned to get married in 2009 & started planning our future together & registered our company in... read complete review

First let me say that I have been holding out writing a review so I could speak to my fiancé and get MORE DETAILED information to give here but he has been very busy and traveling since the interview so I still have not been able to speak to him for an extended amount of time and get all I would like. Therefore, I no longer want to wait in case something here can be used in some small way for someone
He arrived at the embassy VERY EARLY. He called me at 11:30PM EST, 5:30AM Naija time, and I could tell there were already other people there as he was talking very low and NOT wanting others to hear. His appointment/interview time was 7AM. The next call I got was at 4:45AM EST, 10:45AM Naija time, but the noise was so loud from traffic & horns beeping in the back ground and the call was dropped. The next time I spoke to him was 5:30 AM EST and he told me he was approved and began reading the customary where to pick up your visa letter. The following is wh... read complete review

First and foremost I must give all praise and honor to my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, without Him none of this will be possible. I have two interviews, the first one goes like this: I arrived at the embassy at 6 a.m. for a 7 a.m. interview on the 27th July 2011 there were people lined up already and promptly at 6:45 they started allowing people through the gate,I went through security, showed my interview letter and gave my medical results ...
The CO asked the following questions
-Who is petitioning for you?
-Where does she live? the address?
-When did she traveled?
-What does she do for work?
-what is her nature of her job?
-What does she do for work?
-What’s the name of her company?
-How many siblings does she have?
-What does she (her brother) do for work?
-What’s the name of her company?
- when did u get married?
-how did you proposed?
-How many people attend your wedding? ... read complete review

Hey Everyone! I would first like to say that ALL GLORY BE TO GOD for our approval. Without the Lord above and prayers from people on VJ, friends, and family none of this would have been possible.
My fiancé arrived to the embassy around 6am for a 7am appointment. He went through all the regular proceedings (visa fee collection, I-134 collection, etc.) He said that when he got called to the window it was a mixed male who interviewed him. Well his exact words were he was not “pure white”…loll). They greeted one another and he was sworn in.
He said the CO asked him the following:
-Who is petitioning for you?
-Where does she live?
-What did she get her Bachelors degree in?
-Where did she go to school?
-What is she now in school for?
-Where did you guys meet? (We met at his cousins traditional wedding in Nigeria so the CO now asked for pics of us from that wedding but my fiancé said we don’t have because... read complete review
