Our K1 was returned from the consulate on 03/07/06 and has not been reviewed as of 04/07/07. We are still waiting for security checks and an noir. Hired a lawyer and have been in contact with the Senator and Congressmans office. The consult did not allow any evidence , I was at the interview and was not allowed inside at any time. We are still waiting ......

Ahmed has his interview,4/4/07 his questions/answers appeared to be going well, he thought. He offered proof she wouldnt look said she had seen enough. Then she proceeded to deny and return application and we still have no answer as to why. No one will answer us. HE had plenty of evidence and was well prepared, we just want a answer as to WHY

Interviewer was a nice woman. She asked my fiance much about his former marriage and some general questions about me and my children and our time we spent together in Morocco. Interview was long he said...about 20 minutes or so. After he gave her the packet I had put together for the interview (Sponsor Forms, proof of on-going relationship, etc....)she was satisfied with the validity of our relationship. She gave him a rather confusing letter which almost sounded like a denial... stating that his case was being sent to Washington for further administrative processing. This scared me a little....because the beginning of the form almost sounds like a denail....but LHAMDU'LLAH 12 DAYS AFTER HIS INTERVIEW CONSULATE CALLED HIM AND TOLD HIM TO BRING IN PASSPORT .......NEXT DAY ....VISA IN HAND !!!! LHAMDU'LLAH !!!

Interviewed with blonde lady in english. She was nice and polite. Interview was less than 15 minutes. Usual questions were asked:
1. Your fiance's name.
2. Where was he born/where I leave?
3. How long I live in Florida?
4. Where I work?
5. Do I instant message you from work?
6. Was I married before?
7. Why I divorced?
8. What is my son's name?
9. How old is he?
10. Where does my son live (with me or his mother)?
11. Does my fiancee want children?
12. Where will we marry?
13. Where we meet in person?
14. How long I was in Morocco?
15. Did she meet him?
16. How we meet?

hello people, I have had my Inerview this past monday, and all she asked for is:
1-what's her name?
2-where is she from?
3-where do her parents live?
4- does she have any children?
I had the African American girl, she was really nice and respectful, it's true that when peopel try to paly games with them they get aggressive or act supicious, now all you guys have to do is relax and wear a smile, THEY ARE FRIENDLY, remember one thing you need them they dont need you!!! and answer the question to it's extent dont add anything.
And please please please talk to them in english if you dont speak any God help you, DRESS TO IMPRESS, you have to make a good impression, no pressure here just pointers people..
hey for MOROCCAN applicants:
add to your documentation:
1-Certificate of Celibacy
2-Casier Judiciaire this one takes about 2 days to get
God speed
