Our K1 was returned from the consulate on 03/07/06 and has not been reviewed as of 04/07/07. We are still waiting for security checks and an noir. Hired a lawyer and have been in contact with the Senator and Congressmans office. The consult did not allow any evidence , I was at the interview and was not allowed inside at any time.
