My fiancé arrived with all of his paperwork. Someone at check-in removed copies of my pay stubs stating that he would not need them. After his interview, he was given a piece of paper stating they needed proof of my income (which he paid no attention that that was the paperwork taken out of the packet). He returned by the deadline the following day with the needed paperwork and received his visa two day later.

I would like to thank God for my making our fiancé journey process easier and keeping us patient throughout the process. My fiancé went to her interview on Feb 19, 2016 at 7:30am but her appointment was 8am. She went through process of going thru the gates and meeting the officers and finally went to a window to give her DS-160, two passport style pictures and interview letter. Finally she was let inside to pay her visa fee of $265 exchanged to Dirham. She was then given two receipts one for her copy and the other to give to the officer at next window. The consulate was busy with a lot of people that day. She then went to another window and handed her documents with translations that included the affidavit of support and our messages and e-mails, etc. Finally she went to the last window for her interview and was asked which language to do the interview in she said Arabic. She was asked my name, birthday, how did we meet, and how much time we spent together. They asked her when will b... read complete review

To whom it may concern,
My future husband went for the K1 interview on 02.22.2016 in Casablanca, Morocco at 8:30 am. He brought with him all the necessary documents he was told to bring. At the first window he handed them his documents, passport and 2 years of my taxes and the I134 sheet that explains about income that I make. He brought a binder full of documents about our ongoing relationship: Lots of pics, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Skype logs, as well as emails, letters and packages. We had quite a lot because we are constantly in communication any time day or night. He also had all the income type documents: more taxes, W-2’s, paystubs, 12 months bank statements, as well as employee verification letters.
He said he expected to wait a long time and he did. He was the last one to be seen and was sent to window 7. He was greeted by two women and there was a chair to sit in and glass separated them. He said that he was asked several simple questions su... read complete review

I filed the petition papers for the k1 myself and was in Morocco October 1st for my fiance's interview. he was given a 221g letter with nothing else checked on the letter and told me will call you and you will come back. he waiting 60 days with no phone call and I constantly wrote the Embassy finally after 60 days they wrote me on December 27th sending the petition back to USCIS. NVC called January 19th. The petition was held until January 15 2016 and returned. This is the most Painful experience. My only option now is to refil for their letter and petition USCIS under the Freedom of Information Act and asked him what was it written in the memorandum attached to the k1 petition. We have no idea why it was sent back
