I want to extend my gratitude to the VJ community for all your help, advice and reviews. It was invaluable to me as my fiance and I went through this process. I will now share my review in hopes that I can be of some assistance to someone going through this same process.
I'm writing this review based on what was related to me by my fiance.
I first want to say that one thing that helped my fiance and I is that we discussed the process together and watched videos on youtube that are posted by the USCIS. The videos are in both English and Spanish and they provide helpful information on what to expect at the consulate and the medical clinic.

My fiance arrived extremely early the medical clinic, around 6:00 AM. When it finally was time for him to enter the clinic he was asked by two guards to see his needed paperwork. The night before with the help of VJ we had gathered:

CITA DE ENTREVISTA: DICIEMBRE 5, 2011.
Hola,

Reading these reviews really helped me know what to expect (semi) so i thought I'd post about our 3 days in Juarez
**if you are the US fiance, it is so much cheeper to fly in to El Paso, Tx and just cross the border. Believe me, it saved me about $600.
**we also had some friends in both El paso, and Juarez, so we stayed with them the 3 days,- so i will/cannot review hotels.
Feb 8- I flew in to El paso, met friends, crossed border, later picked up fiance who flew in to CDJ at night
-stayed the night, reviewed papers..
Feb9- woke up early, went to medical around 6 (they open at 6, consulate opens at 7-but really they opened at 730)
*(invitation letter / appointment confirmation/ passport)*
- it was SO frustrating because the first thing they said was that we didnt have the right paper, and that he had to go back to consulate. So he walked over to the consulate and stood in line till they opened for an hour... read complete review
