Just got out of my interview, here's my review:

Appointment was today, Friday September 8th. My mom and I flew from Tijuana to Ciudad Juarez on Monday, September 4th. We arrived to Juarez around 5:30 pm and took a taxi to the hotel, about 15 minutes. They charged us 260 pesos. We stayed at Quality Inn, about $400 for 5 nights, breakfast included. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious. They give you 2 coupons, a green one for toast, fruit, cereal, and a black one for a hot meal, which was different everyday. They offered rides to the mall and airport. All the locations are walking distance to the hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel one night and the other at a place next door. Didn't like either too much. Your best bet is to eat at the mall, not only is it cheaper, it's much better, so many options.

Biometrics: my first appointment was for biometrics on Tuesday, September 5th. There are a lot of people waiting, however, they ha... read complete review

I had a very good expirience. Had to arrive 3 days previous to the interview to do medical and biometrics. the 3 places ( clinic, biometrics office and consultae) are in the same are, so you can walk to them from the hotels around.
the medical examn:
I did my medical in Servicios Medicos de la Frontera (SMF) I squedule an appointmet prior to my arrival, I made it at 6:00 am and was a ood option because there few people at that hour. all the medical took arouns an hour and I got my results that same afternoon.

Biometrics:
it was nor more than 10 minutes. be sure to schedule the biometrics before the interview day. this is very important.

interview:
note.- you can go inside the consulate with electronic divices (cellphones) and bags. just carry the folder with the documents you need.

the interview was pretty smooth. the waiting for the interview took like an hour, but once I got to the window the consul ask me a... read complete review

ADMINISTRATOR - THIS IS FOR THE US CONSULATE IN CIUDAD JUAREZ MEXICO WHERE MOST TYPES OF VISA ARE PROCESSED.PLEASE ADD THIS TO THE DROP DOWN

We were approved yesterday Here is my review of the K1 trip to Ciudad Juárez, México - Monday through today. (Extremely tired so please excuse spelling and grammar mistakes)
Taxi from Juarez airport to Consulate area was $260pesos. The window to hire a taxi was to the immediate left when exiting arrivals.
We stayed at the Extended Suites, which is across the main road from all the appointments. And the entrance to the newish large mall is right next door to the hotel. Hotel is new as of May, has a full fridge, microwave and burners. Nice size clean pool too. Super glad I chose this place over the others.
Medical on day 1 at SMF...I had to wait outside in the sun (all spots with shade were taken and I got a burn on my upper back). He moved thought the steps in the lobby area with ease. ... read complete review

Background
Wife entered undocumented in the early 2000s as a child. We applied for the I-130 in December 2015, received approval in June 2016. Applied for 601A waiver in late July, received 601A approval in the beginning of 2017, sent documents to NVC in the middle of January 2017. Received a “checklist” from NVC at the 11 week mark that they didn’t received our marriage certificate ( highly doubted), received interview notice at end of June 2017 (second 11 week mark). Interview was on August 10.

Hotel
We stayed at La Quinta Inn, it’s a little further away but they provided transportation where you needed to go. We chose this hotel because we were driving from Texas, and read that they had gated security, which we wanted for our car. The hotel provided free breakfast every morning, and we added an additional package for supper/dinner. It wasn’t a full dinner, but it did fill us up, they called it “botanas y cervezas.â... read complete review

Review Topic: General Review

My fiance had his interview on 08/04/2017 at the Ciudad Juarez consulate.
Since he lived in Mexico city / CDMX he was about to do his Biometrics and fingerprints there. Its the only state allowed to do the medical and finger printing everyone else needs to have those requirements done in Juarez.
After two inspections of documentation and verbal acknowlegement of who he is he had his interview. The interviewer was american and asked if he had every been to the USA, any problem with the law, how we met and who proposed. He did not request additional evidence of our relationship. The CO annouced that he is approved and was provided with domestic violence information and social service resources and was told that he should receive his visa in about 3 working days.
My fiance said there were a number of people turned away for lack of documentation mostly for not having petitioners W2's.
Overall since he had a positive result he said the services was good.
