I had a very good expirience. Had to arrive 3 days previous to the interview to do medical and biometrics. the 3 places ( clinic, biometrics office and consultae) are in the same are, so you can walk to them from the hotels around.
the medical examn:
I did my medical in Servicios Medicos de la Frontera (SMF) I squedule an appointmet prior to my arrival, I made it at 6:00 am and was a ood option because there few people at that hour. all the medical took arouns an hour and I got my results that same afternoon.

Biometrics:
it was nor more than 10 minutes. be sure to schedule the biometrics before the interview day. this is very important.

interview:
note.- you can go inside the consulate with electronic divices (cellphones) and bags. just carry the folder with the documents you need.

the interview was pretty smooth. the waiting for the interview took like an hour, but once I got to the window the consul ask me a few questions (when I meet my fiance and his name) checked the documents, took my finger prints and then approved it.
