Very professional, straight forward and hassle free. They put me in AP for 11 days before stamping the Visa on my passport.

Easy process. Received two emails prior to interview. Entered the embassy approximately 10 minutes before appointment time. Took a number. First window visit I submitted all the documents requested and answered a few questions. Told to sit down and wait for name to be called. Called up again to different window to register fingerprints. Sat back down and waited for another call. Called up to window and sworn in. Asked some questions about my spouse and my employment history and then had me sit back down. Got called back up after a short wait and told that I was approved!

Getting to the embassy early does have an advantage, which is that you get the ticket number (i.e., badge) first. Make sure to wear the badge on your shirt/top and is clearly visible from afar.
Once you reach the Embassy, proceed to Window 2 and submit your Civil ID and you will get your ticker number.
The gates only open at 1300hrs.
So you will need to wait inside the waiting room (Air conditioned) adjacent to the Window 1-2.
The waiting room is quite spacious and well ventilated and there is an Aramex office towards the end of the room.
Once the gates are open, they will start calling the ticker number in ascending fashion.
You will have to go through another round of screening process (something like the Airport security) and once cleared, you will have to... read complete review
