The results of the physical examination were not available in time for the day of the interview, so I mailed them later.

My interview was scheduled at 8:15AM but we were allowed to enter Tokyo US embassy at 8AM after showing the police outside our Appointment Confirmation sheet. They already had my name and my American fiancé’s name in their visitor’s list so it was good to know that they were already expecting us. When I arrived, I was very nervous, and the Japanese worker who took my paperwork scared me a bit. Not the friendliest. However, the actual interview itself was nothing to worry about, it took less than 5 minutes, the American worker was very friendly and empathetic. He didn't take the majority of the huge paper stack that I assembled, but ah well.
They said the visa will take maybe 5 days to get here.
All in all, a pleasant experience.
