I am writing the following review on behalf of my husband. His interview was this morning in Mumbai, at 7:30am. The interview went smoothly. The officer asked: -Who is calling you?
-How did you meet your spouse?
-What does your spouse do?
-Who is the cosponsor?
-What is cosponsor's occupation?
-How did cosponsor become a US citizen?
-What is your occupation in India?
-What type of work are you planning on doing in US?

This consulate is predetermined to give 221 (g) incomplete...So be prepared with the following documents(even you have everything from 221 (g) they won't entertain...
All US citizens, please complain to your congressman and civil rights. k-1 (life act is a joke) will take 12-15 months... waste of time and money....

• Evidence of ongoing communication with the petitioner, including, for example, emails, letters, phone/video call records, and text/chat/messenger transcripts from throughout your courtship.

As a petitioner I was supposed to accompany my fiance but bcoz the timelines i had, I couldnt.
Im submitting the review on behalf my faince... she reached the embassy in mumbai in the early hours thinking she is very early bcoz she started at 6am it took 30 min to reach the embassy, saw the premises to be empty and there were security guards and so vacant then the guard requested to wait opposite side of the road and she realized there is lot of people waiting and in 10 min security guard called all the people who hv appointment at 7:15 am to form a line and wait. She happened to be in the first few people but in the hurry she forgot the passport in the bag which she gave it to her cousin accompaning, luckily she got them back and had to get screened for the list of documents and had to enter the consulate passing at lest 3 doors finally a huge room with lot of people and a person shouts for separation of North and south indian, it seems most of south indian prefer translators b... read complete review
