This is not a review but a question. I am an American citizen and I applied for my wife. NVC approves all the documents. We are waiting for the interview. Does anyone know the approximate time it takes to get the appointment from the nvc document approval. Also what are the next stages. Please help.

Honestly guys, after MONTHS of uncertainty and anxiety I am still a bit shocked at how easy my interview and just the whole experience went in general. I’m pretty sure I was the first to get interviewed so I didn’t even have the time to be nervous lol. As soon as I got to the booth the consul greeted me and asked me the following questions. (He took his time with each question and didn’t shoot them at a rapid fire speed)
- Who is calling you to the US?
- How did you both meet ? ( we met on an online dating app OKC)
- How did it all unfold ? (Our relationship)
- When did you first meet in person?
- Details of the trip
- When did you meet again?
- how did you get engaged
- what does he do?
- what do you plan to do in the US?
He only looked through my photo album briefly and didn’t check my big folder of screenshots.

hi
I want to know that how long it will take NVC to schedule an immigrant visa interview (F2A) at mumbai after submiting DS 260 and other civil documents through online. i need to know how did u people obtain immunization records? Did you people take all those vaccines once again or anyone went through a blood test.Please share the details

My interview appointment time slot was 7:15...I reached the embassy at 5:45...I waited outside the embassy along with the other applicants, until the security guard there asked for immigrant visa applicants to form a line...after a security check I was let in, a point to note here is that they let me take in the medical CD that was left inside my bag accidentally (we are not supposed to carry anything electronic). Inside the embassy, another line was formed and Indian staff at the embassy helped us arrange the papers in order...it was like appointment letter/receipt first, then DS160, they attached two pictures (2x2inches) that I had to the DS160, Police clearance certificate and copy, Birth Certificate and copy and Medical Report along with passport...right after that they gave me a slip with token number G205 on it...In US Consulate Mumbai, the interview room is like a big hall with several counters in it along with the waiting area, I was sitting in the waiting area until my token ... read complete review
