Straight forward questions about your job, case, marriage, and your plans when you move to USA.
Be careful, the officer might try to tease you before you answer some questions. Their point is to make you lose your temper and answer the questions without proper thinking.
Good luck!

My husband spent three hours at the U.S. Embassy on his interview date. They asked for ALL paperwork submitted during the interview process, along with evidence submitted (we provided additional evidence -chats and video log record from the last 3 months). Asked several questions. Everything went well.

We arrived at the embassy at around 7 am. There was already two lines formed outside the embassy. One for immigrant and one for non-immigrant visas. We stood in line until an employee of the embassy asked everyone to take out their interview email and aramex document (which we did not have and didn’t know about). He told us there was an office down the block that will print it for us and we paid 150 Egyptian pounds. We went back in line at 7:40 and went into the embassy. We were first called by a very nice Egyptian employee who collected our papers. She asked for our marriage certificate, my husband’s (the applicant) birth certificate, his police paper, and his medical documents that were in the envelope that she asked him to in front of her. Then she took our papers and we sat for 2 hours until we were called for the interview itself. The American officer was very pleasant and nice. He asked my husband to swear that everything he put in his paperwork is truthful. Then he... read complete review

Our visa interview was this morning and we are extremely grateful that we were approved! We arrived an hour early around 6:30am for our 7:30am appointment. There were already several people waiting across the street from the embassy. Around 7, they had people line up on 2 sides of the entrance for marriage and family visas, and the other for tourist and other visas. We were fortunate to be first in line. By the time we entered, there were many people in line.
They reviewed our interview invitation email from NVC and asked for our Aramex letter. We then entered and went through security. I attended with my husband but was not allowed to go to the windows with him. I waited in the waiting area. He was called to the first window around 8 or so, and gave all of his papers to the woman. He was able to do the entire process in Arabic. They did not ask for family registration, but we had it on hand in case because of other Visa Journey members saying they sometimes ask for thi... read complete review
