The only complaint is that the numbers they give you are not in order o you have no way of knowing how long your wait will be.

About 10 minutes later we were brought inside where our appointment paper was checked again and were issued a ticket with a number. We stood again in a line, in order by ticket number and waited to be seen at a window. We were asked for contact information and my fiance turned in his medical results, police certificate, and birth certificate. We were asked a few basic questions and then told to go around the corner to wait for our number to be called. We waited for about an hour? (not totally sure because there are no clocks in there!) as they called numbers to the windows. There were 6 windows design... read complete review
