Wait time was great. Arrived 30 minutes early for appointment, when arrived there was a small line down the street from the Embassy, as they do not allow people to wait in front of the Embassy until they open( 7am). Exactly at 7am, we moved to the lines that specified what service you were there to receive, in about 5-7 minutes someone came out to our line ( immigrant visas) and checked the beneficiary name off on their clipboard and looked at both ( petitioner) of our passports. Then we moved through to security. Went through metal detectors etc, was directed to another building on the campus, when inside we were directed to sit in front of a bank of windows and wait to be called. when our turn, we spoke with a lady she asked for my husband's original birth certificate, and asked a few questions like, have you ever been to the US, do you have children, any children together. Interview was at 7am. We arrived a little before 6, there were already a few people in line. Guards place you in line according to your appointment time. Doors opened at 6:20. They asked for passports, and appointment letter. They asked for this constantly so we just had it in hand at all times. They only let in those with 6:30 appointments first, if you went up with a later appointment they did not let you in. Once we got through security, we went in to another building to receive a number and wait in line to turn in our documents. While in line they asked different people for different things, some applicants got asked for a lot some for only a couple things. Make sure you bring everything just in case. We got asked for his passport, marriage and birth certificate. They confirmed our contact information and address and was asked to go to the waiting room and wait between windows 19-30 for our Interview. Once we sat down It was just about 7. We got number 28 but numbers aren’t c... read complete review
