I'h the petitioner, i traveled to Bogota to meet my wife and be with her, she also had to travel from a different city. our interview was set for the 28th of January so we got to Bogota a week before. we stayed at Casa Hotel Boyaca, is not a 5 star Hotel, but everything is new and their staff is extremely friendly and best of all it is near the embassy and blood work. $6 mil pesos to get to this places from this Hotel in a yellow cab. since Uber is out of Colombia, i recommend you to use indriver app to request taxis.
i read lots of reviews here and most people are not telling you that you as the petitioner will not be allow to come up or enter any facility with your spouse to any of the appointments except the interview at the consulate with a birth certificate. so yea you will have to wait outside for your spouse for blood work, for medical exams, and for the finger prints as well. now lets talk about prices..
