Fiancee had her interview today.

Got there around 7, there were a few others already waiting.
Got let in around 7:30. Guard almost forgot to give us our letter, but we ended up with C.
Was called up for docs fairly soon, wasn't asked for proof of domicile, and they only kept my 2009 tax return for proof of support (also had 2007&2008), they didn't want my employer letter or bank statements.
Went to pay at 14A, skipped the "B" line, helped another K1 couple skip the "B" line (B liners were trying to convince them to wait in their long line)
She had to fill out part 2 of DS-230 (PKT said only fill out part I) but it wasn't a big deal.
Got called for interview around 9am. They told us they were having computer trouble and had to wait for our information to appear in some other system but would do the interview first.
Interview itself was fine, finance misinterpreted one of the questions so I jumped in and corrected her. Interviewer... read complete review

So we left the hotel around 6am, it was only a 4 block walk (up hill lol). We don\'t know exactly when we got to the consulate because we couldn\'t bring our cell phone/clock, but it was early. Not early enough because we were second in line and 2 seconds from being the third in line. Doors opened at 730am had to show our passports and appointment letter to get in. We were worried about getting our \"folder\" through security because it resembled a breifcase but it was fine, emptied our pockets and ran everything through the x-ray machine and walked through the metal detectors with no problems. They gave us the letter B and we walked down to a waiting room. A gaurd came down in an elevator and asked for letters A-E and escorted us to whatever floor we went to. We sat for maybe 15 mins and even though we had the letter B we were the first ones called up to window 12. The woman asked for our birth certificates, passports, copies of our passports, W-2s, intent letter, affidavit of... read complete review

Arrived at 6:15 am...extra early, wanted to be first... people started showing up at around 6:45-7:00am.
Doors opened at 7:30am.
Went through security with my fiance and was giving letter A.
Sent down the stairs to wait for security guard who would be bringing us up to the floor where we need to be.
Waited about 10 min then was called to booth 11 and was asked for paper work... photos, passport, letter of intent, affidavit of support and supporting documents, police record, medical exam (no x-ray) and xpress envelope with my mailing address.
Was sent to pay $350... CASH! Boo ya!
Was called within 10 min back to booth 11 and was fingerprinted.
Then was told to go back to wait in the waiting room as I would be called in to booth 7 or 8 for my interview.
Waited around just over 2 hours for my interview.
11:15 called to interview booth number 7.
Waiting there was a really nice lady with short white hair and glasses.

Hello All,

Our interview was on Aug. 9th 2010. We arrived around 6:30Am, we where 3rd in line. The doors opened around 7:30AM. Once they let us in, it was like an airport security check; all items in the tray, and step threw the metal detector. They checked us for passport and P4 and assigned us all a designation letter, and we were allowed to pass on to the next room downstairs and seated next to the elevator. We only waited a few minutes before the elevator opened and another security guard checked our designation letters and allowed a certain number of us to proceed upstairs. Once upstairs we were asked to sit on the right side of the room and wait for our names to be called. Once we were called over the speaker, we were asked to come to a certain window.

What they asked us for:
-passport with copy of bio page
-long form birth certificate plus copy
-police clearance
-sealed medical envelope
-I-134 and supporting do... read complete review
