Very quick, informal, the lady was nice, pretty much started out by asking if we were aware we had to get married within 3 months of his arrival. I'd note neither of us are Cambodian, and they tend to be much tougher on Cambodians, according to everyone we talked to, due to the high amount of fraud.

June 2017 - Filed I129f
July 2017 - NOA1
January 2018 - NOA 2
March 22 2018 - Interview
Brief Background: I met my fiancee while i lived here in Cambodia. We been together since August 2016 and I proposed to her in March of 2017, she moved in with me in April of 2017 and we got engaged in May of 2017. June 2017, I sent my son (different mother) off to America, to start kindergarten. I decided to come back, to be with my fiancee until the K1 got approved. If we got denied, I would have moved back to the US, without her, and try to sort out the K1 situation..because I could not be away from my 6 year old son any longer.
Interview Day:
-8:30am appointment, arrived at 7:30am, was let in at 8:15am
-Went thru double security, and then straight to Window 7 for our number
-close to 9am, my fiancee was called up to window 2 for fingerprints
-about a 30minute after, she was called up for the interview. her part ... read complete review

Had the first appointment of the day, at 7:30 AM. Once you arrive you go to window 7 to present evidence. After that, you go to window 2 to get fingerprinted (after your number is called).
Finally, you go to the interview at another window (after number called again).
I had a pleasant interview experience with my fiance. Just a few questions, such as where we will live and how we met. Also spoke about my job in Cambodia, as I (as the USC) lived in Cambodia for 5 years. Spoke about wedding plans also.
I expect our case received less scrutiny as we had lived together for years and have a child who received his certificate of birth abroad at the same embassy with her listed as his mother. As such we had an abundance of evidence.

Interview was about 3 months ago so ill do my best
We arrived early and was told not to line up yet and to come back 15min before our appt. Once we passed security we went to various windows and waited. We provided our documentation to the first window then waited to be called to another where electronic fingerprints were taken. Once fingerprints were complete we waited for the actual interview. My fiancee was called to the window and asked generic questions that can be found in several threads. I was then called up and asked the same questions. The interviewer poked a bit when we answered differently to what we had for dinner the night before. I had to explain that her family prepared a dinner for us but that I also picked up dinner back at the hotel. I wasnt hungry at the time they prepared dinner it was hot and early (4pm). Around 7pm back at the hotel I ordered another meal which i considered my dinner. Once he was satisfied with the questioning he told us to come ba... read complete review

My Fiancée had her interview on June 28, 2017 at 7:30am, I was unable to attend the interview with her due to work. She said the process took about three hours. Most of it was waiting.
She handed in all our documents and paperwork, had her finger prints taken, and then the actual interview. The interview took about 10 minutes and she was asked about 7 questions. We've been practicing all the K1 interview question we found on here for several days before. After the interview was done the consular gave her a blue passing slip = ).
She said the experience was good and every one at the US Embassy was friendly.
Good luck everyone!
