http://www.visajourn...e.php?id=132281 EAD/AP approved in 27 days

http://www.visajourn...e.php?id=106257 EAD/AP approved in 47 days

http://www.visajourn...e.php?id=117557 EAD approved in 58 days

http://www.visajourn...e.php?id=130817 EAD approved in 58 days

Yet mine and many others that filed before these people filed their petitions have still not been touched nor approved. I am really starting to get upset with this process because there is no reason for EAD/AP to be approved in 27 days while others have been waiting 67 days plus.

None of those links work. :bonk:

The USCIS timeframe for approving EAD is 90 days. Some people get approved faster, some don't. Why get upset about it? You aren't at 90 days yet so you are still within normal processing times.

sorry that my EAD got approved in 27 days. No need to be upset.

At least you have a job, I don't.

By the time you get your EAD I am probably still looking for jobs.

:)

FYI Rocks if you view my timeline I was correct in stating that I was waiting 67 days as I got approved On June 6th which is 68 days and if my math is correct 68 days is from the date I submitted the AOS/EAD/AP paperwork. So it appears that the timeframe goes from the date that you submit your paperwork not from the date on your NOA 1.

The timeframe that USCIS uses is from your NOA1 date, the timeframe is 90 days. You got yours way before 90 days. As I said before, I've already been through this process. I don't understand? :bonk:
