I had different issues while updating and they had to turn something on for joint sponsor. and they are much quicker with emails these days, within 2-3 days.

NVC-Joint Sponsor still N/A, correct order of submitting forms? I have DS260 filled but not submitted yet, Petitioner i864 docs filled and supporting docs, for join sponsor also, but since i added yesterday, still it is N/A. Does filling and submitting DS260 open up joint sponsor? should i try deleting and adding again? website said it would normally add within an hour? almost been a whole day so far and still nothing and unable to add docs under joint sponsor. so wondering, if there is a method to this madness/submitting forms to make that work? Thanks.

Hey Guys- i have filed for spouse and helped others file prior to the pandemic. So, for my parents, they got approval from USCIS on september 16. I was trying to call NVC today but seems like that "NVC process" thread on Visajourney is also dated. What happens now? they take emails from uscis forms? and we dont need to call and update anymore? they send welcome email and no point calling or trying to find the NVC Case number and IIN? i assume ds261,ds260 paying both bills and rest remains fairly straight forward and same? Please advise. or should i start posting an email to NVC weekly already? closing in on 2 weeks from intitial uscis approval notice/NOA2. Just need Case numbers to start and see if/when we can fill ds 261 and whatever first invoice comes up? and the coversheets/barcoded sheet? Thanks.
