So far we have sent out the I-130, Feb 24th 2014. I received first NOA text Mar 3rd 2014, and letter received Mar 8th 2014, the actual priority date was Feb. 27th, 2014. I received our NOA2 saying we were approved on Jun. 9th, 2014. The approval date was Jun. 3rd, 2014. I sadly received a checklist on Oct. 22nd, 2014.
On June 11th, 2014 NVC received my case and I received my case number and II# on July 18th, 2014. I sent in my DS-261 on July 21st, 2014 and paid our AOS Bill on August 1st, 2014. Mailed our AOS on August 7th, 2014. They received it on August 11th, 2014. I received our IV Fee on September 15th, 2014. I paid the fee on September 18th, 2014. I mailed our IV Packet and did our DS-260 online on September 24th, 2014.
