Hi, does anybody here had similar case with mine...I had my interview done yesterday for my N400 and everything went well. Officer gave me a form N-652 with a boxes marked as follows : (1ST)You passed the English test and the US history and government test. (2ND) uscis will send you a written decision about your application. (3rd) A decision cannot be made yet about your application.

The reason why he cannot made an decision yet because he has to review my ROC pending that CSC forwarded it to my local field office. I am wondering how long it would take for them to decide or approve my ROC and send me an oath?  Thank you.

Wow and you got your interview so soon?? I thought it takes 8-10 months to get an interview in Denver. 5 or 3 year rule, and paper or online filing? I'm assuming 3 since your ROC is not done yet.

I filed online 10 days ago, also Denver field office, and had my biometrics done yesterday. I though I could hibernate for almost a year now but yours seems to have gone the express route

That's correct i filed under 3 year rule and I sent my application through USPS. I did my biometrics on 11/16/2017 and they scheduled me for an interview 01/10/2018. Anyway, I hope you'll get your interview soon. Best of luck.

Thanks. I actually have plenty of time since I want to retain my German citizenship and need authorization first. It's supposed to come in within 3 months from now, which would be soon enough even if I had an expedited timeline like yours. I just can't take the oath without having that piece of paper in hand.

I'm sure they'll schedule you for the oath soon and rule on your ROC at the same time (they have to!). I believe Denver has monthly oaths so they'll probably get everything in order and schedule you for the next one.

Let us know what happens!

Nice! Who needs ROC if the N400 goes through that expeditiously!! I’m getting a little scared now about my own timeline (this is moving WAY too fast for me), but I am definitely happy for you. Let us know what date your oath is scheduled for, once you get it
