No point of telling you now what to do when you're 21 years old. Immigration rules might change by then and there are talks about completely changing parents visa category.

Ask again  when you're 21.

If you want to stay with your mom so badly simply don't move to the USA yet.

I hv some  questions on behalf of my friend, she is a 2nd wife to a  US citizen ,they hv a daughter also ,his first wife already living in us with family, he tried to settle his 2nd family to us .. by applying for their immigrant visa.. to.He admitted fake divorce papers, after that embassy  caught the error and gave visa to the daughter on behalf of DNA and they asked the 2nd wife to submitt original divorse papers of  first wife of USC..which she was not able to provide ..the daughter went US  studied their for sometime came back to my friend with citizenship..

My qusetion

What she should do now ???

1)

can my friend enter US on behalf of USC daughter ..If yes..then what age ..she is 17 right now ?

2)

do she need to admitt some apology or fine ? After that can she apply on daughters behalf ?

3)

is she even  eligible to apply...  because  she  provided fake papers .. She was not able to provide original documents which they demanded from her.. ?

Providing false documents or a false statement to a US consular officer generally results in a lifetime ban.  I do not believe that there is a waiver for that.

if shes banned then

No she cannot.

I mean she can try tourist visa but her chances are almost 0.

You cannot sponsor her before you turn 21.

This answer won't change no matter how many times you ask the same question.

Yeah - your dad is a real prize.  There is a very high chance that he permanently damaged your mother's chances of living with you in the US.

You cannot sponsor her until you turn 21 years of age.  There is no way around that requirement.  You MUST be 21 years old.

Even without a ban, you still must be at least 21 years old to sponsor a parent.

Is it possible your mother can make an account and join this thread to give more pertinent info?

This way we can help you determine whether or not she has a ban at this point.

“Not knowing” doesn’t count. She signed a form that everything she presented was true. She obviously knew it wasnt, she should know whether she is married or divorced...

if you can’t live without your mom then you need to stay with her in your home country

Once you turn 21, if you are living (or can show properly that you intend to establish domicile in) the US, and you are earning at least the minimum required to sponsor her (if you are still in college for example you won’t be earning anything yet), and the category for parents still exists (which it will not be if the republicans  have  their way), then you can sponsor her.

No mention of a qualifying relative to file a waiver, child can not, bigamous 'husband' can not so waiver is moot.
