USA visa canceled? For new information became available,

I was in the USA for business trip I stayed there for 13 days,

After I came back i tried to go again after 20 days to finish some more meeting, this time i used British airlines, in boarding time  stopped me and told me that I have to go the USA embassy and you cant fly with us,

I visited the USA consulate in same day they said me i have to be in touch with them by email, after i sent email I got the answer that i cant use this visa anymore and I have to apply for new visa and the reason is there’s new information appeared after visa issued so we want to check your eligibility, so I got new appointment and sent request for us consulate to give me fast appointment, they approved (thanks for them ) and gave me appointment for next day ,

I went to my appointment, and i explained everything for the consulate and the reason why i need to go again, he checked my application and gave me yellow page for 221g without stamping anything in my visa and he told me we will send some questions to you, please answer it.

they sent the email on the same day and it was for information related to my history travel History, Phones, Emails, Social media, answered all of them and I'm waiting for the result,

So i want your advice about my case ? I'm sure I didn't do any mistake while I was in the USA , and I have reasons for traveling again, my position is ok in my work and I'm traveling so much?

So why you think that happened? and did anyone face this problem before? and how many time it can take? , I tried to search on internet but all cases related with new visa but I didn't see any case like mine

But in the end, my respect for the USA became more and more even if my visa canceled or rejected everyone is helpful and kind, IM getting answers to my email and my questions. So I'm not sad, and I always understand they have right to protect there country, I just want to understand the reasons and your opinions?

Thanks for any answer in advance

Interesting.  Was anything said to you when you entered on your 13 day visit?  What kind of visa did you enter on and what the validity of it?

But most important, what country were you flying from and what nationality are you?

After 20 days I got an invitation from New York University and another university to discuss my agreement with them, so you think the reason is I tried to go back again fast?

They likely believe you were in the US to work, while on a tourist visa.  Appearances matter, and given your job and what you shared of your time in the US, no wonder US authorities are suspicious.  And yes, a rapid trip back to the US probably reinforced their suspicions about your intent.  Seems you need to either convince USG of your intent (e.g., not business-related), or obtain the right kind of visa.  Best of luck.

I'm just  going to get to this straight. I've come to the  point to post this because it is really upsetting and it needs to stop.

Most of you probably started to be daily active members and trying to help people (in your own way) because of your own visa personal experience.

People become members here either because they don't have the comfort for a lawyer or because they just need a quick answer.

Maybe the question looks silly to you or simple but to them it is really important.

So some of you, please stop acting like you know everything and they don't

or coming up to them with an attitude, being judgemental. You are not lawyers and you started here just the same way as they did.

If you are not patient enough and don't understand that some people have no idea about immigration laws then please stop and find a real job. You don't know what they are going through to make the choices that you  don't like.

Nobody made  you spend your time here "helping" others.

Being mean and judgemental doesn't  help anyone.

Thank God not everyone in here is like this.

I do not think they believed the reason for your travel.  Universities generally would not contract themselves with  recruiters as yourself - especially big names like you mentioned. They have more than enough applicants.

Actually... that's not necessary true. Big name universities do have enough applicants, but they always want MORE applicants. I personally went to one of those "big name" university here for my master's study, and from what I've seen, a lot of these prestigious institutes have set up a college or branch mainly for international students or professionals that're pursuing higher degree while working. The requirements for these colleges are significant lower, I'm talking about GPA, TOEFL, GMAT, GRE requirements, and that's why many international students would apply for these colleges instead. NYU is a great school, but it also has a few programs like this. OR maybe it's looking to expand to other countries too, since there's already NYU Abu Dabi and NYU Shanghai.

Sorry I sorta hijacked the thread to talk about something not really related, it happens to be related to my field (education).
