September October approvals??? That's not happening other than expedited cases.

(Joe writing)

expedited K1 case?

I did not see this box to check when I was filing....hahaha

What is expedited?

There are many dates being approved way out of order.....

I'm curious....

you can see the matrix of countries and how many petitions of each sort being requested.

A small number of countries (Brasil is one) have (in this case) K-1 petitions in the hundreds, compared to many other countries with much, much lower counts.

I wonder if this ordering system is selecting petitions on a timeline, but also with regard to an equitable approval distribution among all the countries.

It is obvious they are not being reviewed in chronological order....and my request is now at 191 days...for my fiance.  One person.

They are not being reviewed in chronological order exactly. But in bulks.

no if they approved 10 cases in total out of  4000 that doesn't mean they started approving cases on that month actually some apps even show that these were expedited .

if you want chronological order you have 20 more days to talk and rant..cause people got approved in may after 210 + days literally today.

For example a military service member especially about to get deployed can ask for expedite. There were expedited cases in June too that approved months ago... that's how it works. Unfortunately this is how it works.

everybody gets really furious and starts talking about this order of things when they get close and I understand but let's get real if they were to do it by a total order let alone June, May wouldn't even start yet.

Yes, I understand and June still has over 160 virgin apps. and earlier months are still pending, too.

Not cool.

It is not cool.. believe me I'm on your team and if any move happens in September I even as a September filer would be frustrated knowing all of you guys are waiting.

and I understand why they're not going in a perfect order, such as background checks etc. is affecting this... but still it doesn't fully make sense other than they're just trying to go through all of the month as fast as they can..

I'm sorry for all of us, we are waiting here having nothing to do about this problem and without good information coming from uscis.

all I can say is hang on you're close and getting closer everyday!

A while ago, somebody said smt about the expedite, can anyone please let me know any info about that ? My fiance is having his knee surgery next year and I really want to be there to take care of him. Thank you all before hand.

It is really hard to expedite health concern cases like that but these are the criteria and you can call uscis to ask about it.

For k1 mostly humanitarian and military expedite cases are seen.

https://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

edit: I just checked your timeline and it would be meaningless for you to apply right now. Them deciding if you can expedite and you sending papers etc would already be a month or so

With 60% RFE, I'm kinda glad my case didn't appear yesterday! LoL

I actually do think that as the ones that are sent without update are only noa2s it is normal to see mostly rfes in these scans... not all noa2 get updates but rfe gets updated!

there are so many rfe received status still staying that way in March etc too (which I'm sure already got approved or denied because it is from June ;) )
